How much does it cost?
We will quote you a price when you contact us. Rest assured that our prices are very competitive.

What's included in the price of hiring a bouncy castle?
Our price include delivery to local areas. You will receive a blower, extension cable, circuit breaker and safety crash mat.  The price also includes set up, inflation and collection.

Which areas can the bouncy castle be delivered to?
We offer  FREE Local Delivery & Set up to surrounding areas Bow, Chingford, Hackney, Leyton, Leytonstone, Mile End, Stratford, Tottenham, Wanstead, Walthamstow, White Chapel, Woodford, Woodford Green. Other areas can be arranged.

When are your bouncy castles available?
We deliver and set up bouncy castles seven days a week, all year round, including Bank Holidays.

How long does a bouncy castle hire last?
At Benji Bounce, we provide the service that is suitable for you, your child and guests. Please contact us to discuss your individual needs.

Do you take a deposit when hiring the bouncy castle?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

How far in advance should I book a bouncy castle?
It is always best to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively, you can contact us on the day as we may have availability.

How much room will I need for a bouncy castle?
You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet at the front and rear of the castle and 3 feet on either side this is to allow access and the blower at the rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc., are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.

Our employees will not be able to tidy your garden for you, so if your garden is not ready, they will have to go onto their next delivery.

When I hire an inflatable, is there anything I need to provide?
We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle; you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply within 50 metres of the inflatable; also, for community garden hires, you will need to provide 2 forms of I.D. i.e. Drivers Licence, Utility Bill etc., which forms part of the hire agreement.

What if I haven’t got a Power Point nearby?
If you don’t have power nearby, then you can provide your own generator to power the blower. All of our blowers are 1.1Kw, so we would need a 4Kva generator to power each one.

How do I Pay?
Most people choose to pay cash on delivery. We also accept bank transfer payments and cheques. Cheques need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear before the booking date.

How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approx 10 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However, this is only an estimate; times may vary depending on which castle you hire.

What if it rains?
Most castles are supplied with a rain cover for light showers; in the event of heavy rain, cancellation is accepted at no cost.

Do you supply safety instructions?
Yes, we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire.

Is there an age limit for children using the castle?
Yes, all our children’s inflatables are suitable for children up to and including the age of 11. Adult inflatables are suitable for any age. If you’re not sure, please contact us.
